Nicholby's is an active member of the following professional organizations and takes an active role in support of their many activities.

Ontario Convenience Stores Association: OCSA is the voice for the convenience retail industry in Ontario. A not-for-profit provincial association that is entirely funded by more than 8,000 members. Membership includes the majority of major and independent convenience store operators, oil companies and other key suppliers in the industry.

Retail Council of Canada: Founded in 1963, Retail Council of Canada is a not-for-profit association representing more than 40,000 stores of all retail formats, including independent merchants, regional and national mass and specialty chains, and online merchants. RCC is the leading voice for the Canadian retail industry.

The Canadian Franchise Association represents over 400 franchise companies and the professionals who support this way of doing business. Our board of directors represents all regions of the country, and promotes a strong code of ethics as well as the mandatory use of the CFA disclosure document guide. In signing on as a CFA member, a company agrees to give potential franchisees all the information they require to make a viable business decision.
